Entry point not found

Postby wavydavid » Tue Nov 20, 2018 1:09 pm

Hi, I have downloaded Advanced Chrome and unzipped to Program Files. However, when I try to "run" the program and error message appears saying "The procedure entry point AcquireSRWLockExclusive could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" I want to use Advanced Chrome because I run Windows XP and therefore my system cannot comply. What is the workaround for this? Thanks.

Hello welcome to the forum, it is because build 69.0.3445.0 will only work on windows 7 or higher, you will need to try 54.20.6530.0 but still will give you problems under XP.
