They removed GDI support around april 2016, here is the info:

Do a checkout for commit a17d3798439660f1b1d4dc6a00eaafdff7425408, that is exactly 74.0.3860.0

Then just extract the file I sent over PM to you, It will build perfectly for windows, you can try building for linux to see how it goes.

Even if you disable sandbox flag, the compiler will still look for all the functions, you have to edit all the code, around 400 files to remove all stuff not compatible with XP.
