74 Overlay Scrollbars

Flag #overlay-scrollbars is one of my favorite hidden settings in Chromium as I've yet to find any CSS mods that do as nice a job at providing overlay scrollbars. Sadly I noticed it disappeared around v. 80ish.

Is there any chance of restoring this flag when a successor release to Advanced Chrome 74 (presumably without 84s regressions) materializes?

Hello, will try to undo what they destroyed regarding #overlay-scrollbars, about the chance of success will depend on how much code they removed, at this point there must be a way.
