Win 89.0.4388.0 (x86) Cookie dosen't work

Cookie storage and password storage do not work on Windows 7 32-bit.
I am using a new profile and have not changed any settings.

There was no problem with version 84.0.4115.0.

Hello, using windows 10 x64 so unable to test that specific setup.

I just got a full browser crash because of some memory leak, for me chrome 89 was fine until today, chrome is getting worse every day and they are adding useless new features, maybe is time to move to firefox haha

Did a quick test and passwords won't be saved if you change from x64 to x86 version with the same profile, you must start with a new profile when you change binaries from x64 to x86 and viceversa, I don't have idea why this happens because the only thing I do to build is changing from x64 to x86 on build config, google developers doing their usual stuff with plenty of bugs...

There must be a way to manually fix the profile, deleting "Login Data" didn't help, just lost all passwords and no new passwords were saved even if the browser asks.

Hopefully someone will discover how to fix this issue..
