Random Crashes - Custom Build 54.20.6530.0

I'm using the Custom Build on XP Pro SP3. At least daily, Advanced Chrome crashes at seemingly random times, and then often a few times immediately after if I try to reopen it. The window simply disappears, no message. Windows Event Log gives an error:

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Description:
Faulting application chrome.exe, version 52.15.5320.0, faulting module advapi32.dll, version 5.1.2600.5755, fault address 0x00007fa4.

Any ideas?

Hi Chromeo welcome to the forum, sadly there is no way to make newer chrome compatible with windows XP, version 54.20.6530.0 won't be able to load many sites because the web is moving forward with many new stuff that is not included in 54.20.6530.0 because is too old.

You can try 69.0.3445.0 on windows 7 if you can update your OS.
